HRV Measurement

Assessment of Your Autonomic Nervous System

Daily life often involves a continuous cycle of commitments and stress that can throw our autonomic nervous system off balance over time. At AYUN, the HRV (Heart Rate Variability) measurement provides valuable insights into the current state of your autonomic nervous system. With these deep insights, you can enhance your stress management and support your resilience and long-term health.

What is HRV (Heart Rate Variability)?

Heart Rate Variability (HRV) is a scientifically validated method that reveals your body's internal rhythm, showcasing your resilience and stress levels. By booking an HRV measurement, you gain a comprehensive view of your well-being, understanding how your heart adapts to daily challenges and making informed decisions for a balanced, healthier life.

Why is Testing HRV Important?

HRV measures the variations in the time intervals between your heartbeats. This measurement is crucial for understanding the function of your autonomic nervous system and your body’s response to various stressors. At AYUN, we use HRV measurement to show you how your autonomic nervous system is reacting, allowing us to assess your cardiovascular health, monitor your training status, optimize stress management programs, and provide personalized recommendations to improve your quality of life.

How the HRV Test Works:

Before starting, you will receive a small HRV device and instructions on its proper use. During the test period, you should maintain your usual routine and try some relaxation techniques. Document your activities using the provided app for optimal analysis.

During the test, wear the HRV device as instructed and track your daily activities. The test measures the variation in time intervals between your heartbeats, reflecting your body's internal rhythm and resilience. After the test, wear the device for up to five days for more detailed data, then return it to us. Our doctors will analyze the data and provide you with customized recommendations.
