AYUN launches innovative Women’s Health Program in Zurich and expands medical team

‍Zurich, 10. September 2025 – The AYUN Longevity Clinic, located in the heart of Zurich, is expanding its medical services with the launch of a comprehensive Women’s Health Program designed to address the specific needs of women throughout all stages of life.

The program is led by Dr. Natalia Trpchevska (PhD), a Karolinska-trained scientist specializing in genetics, women’s health, and longevity medicine, and the Medical & Scientific Director at AYUN. She is responsible for clinical strategy, the development of advanced biomarker protocols, and the establishment of the new Women’s Health Program.

‍“Women face unique health challenges, ranging from hormonal changes and cycle-related issues to fertility and menopause. Our goal is to take these topics out of the taboo zone and address them with evidence-based solutions,” says Dr. Trpchevska.

‍Alongside the launch of the program, AYUN is strengthening its medical team. Dr. med. Isabella Kiefer, a gynecologist and obstetrician with extensive experience in integrative and preventive women’s medicine, is joining the clinic.

‍“Women’s medicine today is much more than preventive check-ups and the treatment of acute conditions. It is about accompanying each woman individually, from prevention to hormonal questions and holistic health. At AYUN I have the opportunity to apply modern diagnostics and innovative therapies in a way that allows women to truly benefit in the long term,” says Dr. Kiefer.

‍The Women’s Health Program combines advanced diagnostics such as genetic and hormonal testing, biomarker screenings, and body composition analysis with a holistic evaluation of hormone balance, metabolism, body composition, and lifestyle factors including stress, sleep, nutrition, and cycle. The aim is to support women in understanding their health more deeply and taking an active role in managing it.

With this initiative, the AYUN Longevity Clinic reaffirms its position as one of Switzerland’s leading centers for preventive and longevity medicine.
