What tests and metrics are assessed in the Lifestyle Package?
Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ)
The FFQ provides insight into your self-reported eating habits and indicates whether you consume certain foods or nutrients in appropriate amounts. Particularly interesting is the comparison with the objective data from continuous glucose monitoring (CGM)
Body composition scan
What's the distribution of fat and muscle in your body? How dense are your bones? These measurements can provide crucial insights into your overall health and how to preserve it. Visceral fat tissue isn't visible from the outside - even young, slim individuals might carry significant amounts around their internal organs. This type of fat plays a critical role in metabolic and cardiovascular health. Muscle mass distribution is crucial for mobility as you age and plays a vital role in metabolic health. Many cases of back pain can be traced to muscle imbalances. Additionally, bone density measurements help identify the risk of bone diseases like osteoporosis.
Continuous glucose monitoring
CGM involves the placement of a tiny sensor beneath your skin using a minimally invasive, painless procedure performed by our medical team. This filament-like membrane resides in the subcutaneous fat and connects to a device on your upper arm. The entire process is painless, safe, comfortable, and already used as a standard long-term measurement for diabetes patients.
For 10 to 14 days, the sensor continuously monitors and stores your glucose levels, allowing us to analyze how specific behaviors and foods impact your blood sugar in detail.
VO2max
This represents the maximum amount of oxygen your body can utilize during intense physical activity. A high VO2max correlates with reduced cardiovascular risk, greater endurance, and improved longevity and quality of life.

By analyzing your body composition, your cardio-respiratory capacity (VO2max) your food habits and the continuous blood glucose levels, we assess your status quo and help you adjust it in the most beneficial manner for your health and longevity.
After the assessment you get an in depth explanation of your results as well as we display you in your report what and how you could improve sports and nutrition in your specific and personalized case.
Lifestyle Health Assessment
The Lifestyle Health Assessment lasts roughly two hours. It begins already at home with an online food-frequency questionnaire and medical history which you fill out in advance. On site we start with the measurement of your body composition followed by a graded VO₂max exercise test. Afterwards you get a continuous blood glucose measurement device placed on your arm which measures your blood glucose levels for 10 days.
After that you get a in depth 90 min counselling with a nutrition and sport scientist on a second date, when all the measures are done and the report is ready
