How much is covered by my insurance?

Health insurances offer various supplementary insurance products that reimburse certain prevention services in whole or in part. The details for the following health insurances are only indicative. We recommend always checking with your individual supplementary insurance to what extent and for which services contributions are paid.

Am I eligible for reimbursement through my insurance?

The reimbursement of your Longevity Check-up depends on your specific supplementary insurance.

When is the refund paid out?

You will receive the reimbursement after submitting your reimbursement form to your supplementary insurance. You will receive the form after completing your Longevity Check-up and consultation at AYUN.

How much will I get reimbursed by my supplementary insurance?

This depends on your specific supplementary insurance plan. In most cases our customers receive a refund from CHF 300 to 1’000.

I don’t have supplementary insurance. Will my regular insurance cover it?

Preventative measures (such as a Longevity Check-up) are usually covered by supplementary insurances. For more detailed information, please contact your insurance company.

How often do I get reimbursed?

In general, you receive a refund annually. The frequency of refunds depends on your supplementary insurance. Some only cover preventative check-ups every 3 years.

Are existing AYUN customers entitled for a refund?

Yes. Your insurance will refund you regardless of you already being an AYUN customer. To do this, submit your reimbursement form to your insurance company.
