Longevity is much more than just living longer. It's about living with intention, deep relationships with loved ones and purpose. At Ayun, we believe that life is a gift, and every moment holds the potential to be meaningful.

Our strength lies in our people — from top medical professionals to research experts, clinic staff, marketers, and leadership. Together, they shape a holistic experience built on trust, science, and care.

Tobias has been building companies since the age of 21. After exiting his first startup, he founded SUSI Partners, Europe's leading climate infrastructure fund, co-founded Crypto Finance Group and The Singularity Group, and has invested in more than 20 startups. In 2020, together with Marc P. Bernegger, he launched the Longevity Investors Conference. Tobias is also an investor on the Swiss TV show Die Höhle der Löwen (Shark Tank) and personally aims to live a healthy life to 120 years.

I have been with AYUN since day one – when it was little more than a bold vision. Initially as investor and sparring partner, I helped shape its beginnings; today, I lead AYUN as CEO and Chairwoman, driving its growth and evolution. With years of experience building and scaling longevity ventures, I bring expertise in strategy, leadership, and operational excellence. My mission is to make preventive medicine tangible and actionable, empowering people to take responsibility for their health and longevity. For me, healthcare is not just about reacting to illness – it's about equipping people early on with knowledge, tools, and confidence to stay healthy for life.

As the lead physician at AYUN, I utilize my extensive experience in internal medicine, emergency and intensive care, and combine it with my passion for sports and longevity to ensure top-notch care for our members. My expertise, acquired at places including REGA and leading French hospitals, contributes to establishing AYUN as a premier provider in the field of longevity and health. My goal is to enhance the health and well-being of our members through excellent medical practices and innovative treatment approaches

As Scientific Director at AYUN, I specialize in the research and development of advanced therapies and interventions to improve healthspan. With a background in genetics and preventive medicine – complemented by a PhD from the Karolinska Institute on the genetics of age-related diseases – I bring cutting-edge expertise to our team. My aim is to define clinical standards and fulfill AYUN's mission: to optimize health and vitality through personalized, science-based care.

Marc is a serial tech entrepreneur who has been following longevity innovations since 2009. In addition to co-founding Maximon and Longevity Investors, he founded AltAlpha Digital and serves on the boards of CfC St. Moritz and GenTwo. An early Bitcoin adopter and founding shareholder of Crypto Finance Group, he began his entrepreneurial journey with usgang.ch, later acquired by Axel Springer, and amiando, a ticketing platform honored by the World Economic Forum as a Global Technology Pioneer.

As a passionate advocate for healthy living, I believe in the power of prevention to transform lives. With over a decade in healthcare marketing, I've seen that sustainable health begins long before illness. My focus at AYUN is to help our clients take proactive control of their health through advanced diagnostics and innovative methods that identify risks early and enhance long-term quality of life. I'm convinced that everyone can take ownership of their well-being – AYUN's mission to make personalized, preventive medicine accessible is not just a vision but a calling.

As a gynecologist at AYUN, I combine years of experience in prenatal diagnostics, hormonal therapy, and fertility medicine with the latest findings in longevity research. Women have different health needs than men – hormonally, biologically, and psychosocially – yet these differences are often overlooked. My mission is to ensure women are heard, understood, and treated individually. I tailor prevention, therapy, and counseling to each phase of life – for medicine that supports women's long-term health, performance, and resilience.

As a scientist and entrepreneur, I've always believed in the power of innovation to improve lives – AYUN made that belief deeply personal. What I thought was a routine check revealed a rare heart condition. Though asymptomatic, early detection allowed me to act and prevent future complications. That's the strength of AYUN. As Head of Operations, I combine my background in biomedical engineering and venture building to ensure our mission is executed with the highest quality.

His academic journey includes Harvard Medical School, Charité Berlin, and Cambridge University. He contributes therapeutic depth, entrepreneurial vision, and scientific excellence – helping AYUN integrate mental health as a core element of longevity.

Health has always been central in my life. Personal experiences taught me early how strongly physical and mental well-being are connected – and how essential it is to care for health proactively. At AYUN, I want to share that understanding. As Marketing Coordinator & Creative Lead, I bring together videography, photography, design, and concept development to communicate our vision authentically and beautifully. My task is to express what AYUN stands for: making health understandable and inspiring people to take it into their own hands.

As Head of Sports Science at AYUN, I lead physiological diagnostics and combine my academic background in sports and health sciences with a deep curiosity for human performance. Holding a Master's degree and practical experience in preventive cardiology and sports medicine at Inselspital Bern, along with research at the Swiss Paraplegic Research Institute, I apply scientific methods to support our members with measurable results.

Driven by my passion for health and longevity, I studied sports science to help people reach their best physical and mental condition. By integrating physiology and psychology, I take a holistic approach to health – focusing on lifestyle adjustments that address root causes and enable lasting change. I believe in science, consistency, and lifelong learning.

I love good food. With ambition and scientific curiosity, I connect enjoyment with evidence-based nutrition to improve health on both metabolic and mental levels. My focus lies in the gut microbiome – I continuously expand my knowledge to understand how to optimally nourish it. For long-term change, I believe in intuitive eating without forbidden foods. My experience shows that nutrition can be healthy, delicious, and practical. After years in clinical nutrition therapy, I'm excited to guide our members through their personal journey toward sustainable well-being.

My path into nutrition counselling was anything but linear. After completing my studies in Belgium, I joined Emirates as a flight attendant and travelled the world. The intense working hours, irregular rhythms and life across time zones quickly showed me how essential nutrition and movement are for our wellbeing. From these experiences, a growing fascination for health and nutrition emerged. What began as a personal interest evolved into my professional passion and eventually led me to study nutritional sciences. It’s important to me to show people how profoundly nutrition influences both physical and mental health – in prevention as well as in therapy. I work evidence-based, practical and without strict restrictions. Sustainable change happens when nutrition tastes good and naturally integrates into everyday life.

As Clinic Operations Manager at AYUN, I merge my passion for longevity with a strong commitment to operational excellence. My role is to ensure that our comprehensive health checks and advanced longevity treatments deliver tangible, measurable results. At AYUN, I strive to inspire people to take an active role in their preventive health – to live not only longer but better. Seeing the progress our clients make through early intervention and advanced therapies confirms my belief: those who invest consciously in their health today create the foundation for vitality and fulfillment tomorrow.

I studied General Medicine and Surgery in Mexico and gained several years of clinical experience both in Mexico and India. This international medical work has given me broad insight into different healthcare systems, disease patterns and approaches to patient care. However, my path has been shaped most profoundly by my own long-standing health journey. It motivated me to explore the root causes of various conditions in depth and helped me understand how essential a holistic, preventive approach is for achieving lasting health and a high quality of life.

Salome contributes her broad experience in medical administration and patient support, ensuring a smooth and compassionate experience for every visitor to the AYUN Longevity Clinic.

My profession brings together medical expertise, empathy, and strong organizational ability – qualities I bring into every client interaction. It matters to me that our guests feel welcome and supported from their first visit. The combination of cutting-edge prevention, holistic care, and an inspiring environment makes my work at AYUN especially fulfilling. I look forward to welcoming each person personally.
