Nutrition expert specialising in the microbiome & longevity
Even with all my expertise, I don’t always find it easy to eat healthily—especially when my schedule is packed, I’m under pressure, or I lack time to stay organised. After hundreds of counselling sessions, one thing is clear: knowledge alone isn’t enough. Even the best recommendations often fail in real-world application. Nutrition is more than nutrients—it’s a synergy of habits, emotions, mindset, and daily life.
In my work I combine foundational nutritional science with a modern understanding of the microbiome, because our gut flora influences far more than digestion. I also integrate mindfulness and nutrition psychology to make behaviour change tangible and achievable.
My mission is not just to inform but to empower—through sound knowledge, genuine practicality, and concrete impulses that fit into everyday life. This workshop was designed so that nutrition becomes a resource that strengthens and supports you, rather than an added burden.
