AYUN Launches the Regeneration Membership for the First Time

AYUN is introducing the AYUN Regeneration Membership, its first structured membership model focused on regular regeneration. With this launch, AYUN responds to the growing need for preventive health strategies at a time when many people are under constant mental and physical strain.

At the core is a clear paradigm shift: moving away from occasional treatments toward continuous, structured regeneration as an integral part of a healthy lifestyle.

With this approach, AYUN is among the first providers in Switzerland to offer regeneration in the form of a membership model. The membership is designed for people who want to maintain long-term performance, mental clarity, and resilience.

The AYUN Regeneration Membership includes unlimited access to cryotherapy, contrast therapy, infrared, and red light applications, embedded in a medically sound usage rhythm. These therapies are well supported by scientific research and have been successfully used at AYUN since its inception. The membership complements AYUN’s existing offerings but does not replace medical check-ups, programs, or physician-led care.

“Many people wait until exhaustion, sleep issues, or inflammation become visible,” AYUN explains. “We intervene earlier—by making regular regeneration the foundation for performance, mental clarity, and long-term health.” Regeneration is not viewed as a luxury, but as an essential component of modern preventive medicine.

At launch, the AYUN Regeneration Membership is available in a limited introductory phase, with sign-ups open until the end of January. Capacity is intentionally limited and primarily aimed at existing AYUN clients, while remaining open to new members.

With this step, AYUN once again positions itself as a provider that consistently combines medical quality, prevention, and contemporary health needs.

Key Message:

Regeneration is not an occasional luxury—it is a prerequisite for long-term health. With the AYUN Regeneration Membership, we create a structured framework that helps people stay consistent, without compromising on medical standards.
