Anna Erat (MD, PhD, IDP INSEAD)
Medical Advisor — Preventive Medicine & Longevity
Anna Erat (MD, PhD, IDP INSEAD) combines medical excellence with strategic health expertise. With her medical education and research experience at the University of Zurich and Harvard Medical School, she is internationally connected and academically broad-based. She completed her advanced training in internal medicine, preventive medicine, sports medicine, epidemiology, and health systems management in Switzerland.
As former national team physician for the Swiss Ice Hockey Federation and Chief Medical Officer at the Hirslanden Clinic – as well as Director of the Prevention & Longevity Strategy at the Hirslanden Group – and currently as a faculty member at the University of St. Gallen Executive School and mentor at ETH Zurich, she brings valuable insights from medicine, management, and research. In addition, she is actively involved on the advisory boards of the Women’s Brain Foundation and the Longevity Science Foundation, where she helps shape future-oriented topics.
With her comprehensive experience in performance medicine, systems strategy, and top-level prevention, Dr. Erat will support AYUN in further developing our vision of personalized longevity.
She approaches health not only on an individual level but also within the context of social responsibility and evidence-based future medicine. It is precisely this perspective that makes her so valuable to AYUN.
