For red light therapy, you stand or sit between two light panels. Our medical team adjusts the distance individually. We recommend wearing AYUN protective glasses during the session to shield your eyes from intense light exposure.

The duration is tailored to your needs by our medical team and typically ranges from 10 to 20 minutes.
