We are a medical institution; therefore, all check-ups are carried out by trained and medically qualified staff. In our clinic, we employ physicians, medical practice assistants, nutrition scientists, and sports scientists
Our focus is not just on identifying diseases at an early stage, but rather on understanding individual predispositions and determining what each individual needs to stay healthy in the long term. We don't look at individual values, but combine all the results into a holistic picture. We collect scientifically validated parameters for Longevity and combine them into a personalized, preventative Longevity Report.
Both check-ups are designed to support long-term health and prevention, but they differ in depth and detail. The Essential Longevity Check-up provides the fundamental diagnostics needed to understand your current health status and genetic risks. It is well-suited as an entry point or for regular follow-ups.
The Complete Longevity Check-up goes significantly further. It includes a comprehensive blood analysis covering 63 lab parameters, advanced genetic mapping through SNP analysis, and a physical assessment of flexibility, balance, and reaction times. You’ll also wear a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) for 10 days, with personalised nutritional counselling based on your data. The check-up also includes in-depth nutrition and sports counselling to help translate your results into actionable lifestyle strategies. In essence, the Complete Check-up places a stronger focus on personalised coaching—especially around nutrition and physical performance.
The Extended Longevity Check-up includes everything in the Complete package and adds a deeper focus on biological aging, stress resilience, and gut health.
In addition to a broader blood analysis, it features a Mitochondrial function test, HRV monitoring over one week, and a comprehensive gut microbiome analysis. These additional diagnostics are paired with targeted counselling for both your microbiome and aging profile, as well as a detailed stress analysis guided by medical expertise.
You should arrive fasted (empty stomach, water allowed) and bring your sports clothes for the sports and endurance test. Showers and towels are available.
The time between your check-up and receiving your results depends on external laboratories and the evaluation time required by our team of doctors, nutritionists, and sports scientists. The typical turnaround for all Longevity Check-ups is 4–5 weeks.
A Longevity Check-up lasts about 4–5 hours depending on the package chosen. It starts with a 30–45 minute anamnesis interview with one of our doctors, followed by an ECG, blood draw, and body composition analysis. You'll then have a brief snack break before completing the 1.5 hour session with our sports scientist. Afterwards, wearables such as the HRV monitor and the CGM are attached and set up.
Of course, we also offer treatments without having done a Longevity Check-up with us beforehand.
The frequency depends entirely on the individual goal and our protocols are based on protocols from studies in which good efficacy has been shown. If it is just a matter of increasing well-being in the short term, a single treatment may be sufficient. For a longer-term effect, however, treatments such as IHHT or Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy should be carried out several times a week over a short period of time as an intensive treatment phase. Our staff will be happy to advise you directly at the clinic, via chat or by phone.
If a Longevity Check-up has been carried out beforehand, the treatments can be used in an even more targeted manner and integrated into a holistic plan.
Our team of doctors, nutritionists and sports scientists analyze the findings holistically, prioritize and make appropriate recommendations.
We compare the results with comparative values from your age and gender group. Our goal is for our customers to perform significantly better than the average, because the average person develops chronic diseases over the course of their life that significantly affect their quality of life.
That's right, healthy eating, regular exercise and enough sleep are the cornerstones of longevity. General recommendations are certainly suitable for the masses, but when it comes to looking at the individual, many individualized recommendations can be made depending on the individual disposition constellation. Our goal is to achieve the greatest possible health effect for the individual with the least possible effort. To do that, much more precise recommendations are useful and possible.
All of our treatments aim to improve cellular function in the body, which also improves the external appearance of the skin.
Red light therapy has been shown in studies to inhibit inflammation and to stimulate collagen formation in the skin, which can help to reduce wrinkling. Cryotherapy can also reduce inflammation and leaves skin feeling wonderfully soft.
Yes. For Check-ups, you can choose between paying directly at the clinic on the day of your appointment, receiving an invoice to pay later, or splitting the total into convenient monthly installments. Installment plans can be arranged in advance to give you more flexibility.
For other services at AYUN, installment payments are also possible. Just give us a call, and we’ll find a suitable solution together.
The discussion of the results usually takes place at our clinic. If you prefer, the conversation can also take place via video conference.
The same applies to the nutrition counseling, which can take place either on-site or via video conference.
Our services are only available to persons of legal age. However, you are welcome to bring a child with you as a companion. No childcare service is available.
In general, a Longevity Check-up is recommended for anyone over the age of 18. The earlier you know what your individual health risks are, the longer you can benefit from small adjustments. But it is never too late to take charge of your health and optimize it in a targeted way, i.e. even at an advanced age, there is still a lot of potential for optimization.
Yes, it is very important to us to offer evidence-based services. Our team of doctors and researchers continuously aligns our medical program with the latest scientific studies and findings. All of the services offered at AYUN are medically proven to have a positive influence on longevity.
