How a cryotherapy session works

Recommended frequency:

We suggest cryotherapy 2–3 times per week. Ideally 10–15 sessions. Afterwards, continue every 1–2 weeks to maintain the effect.

The process, step by step

For whole-body cryotherapy, you enter the cryochamber wearing swimwear or underwear. We provide protective gear such as socks, gloves, shoes, a mask and head covering. You can leave the chamber at any time. Our medically trained team is available if needed while you spend around three minutes at up to –110 °C.After the session, we guide you out, provide towels and offer hot drinks so you can warm up comfortably.

Who should avoid Cryotherapy?

Cryotherapy is not recommended for individuals with cold allergies, severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), acute infections or inflammation, serious heart conditions, atrial fibrillation, arrhythmias, heart failure, or open wounds. It is also unsuitable for pregnant individuals and those with pacemakers or ICDs. If you have Raynaud’s syndrome or claustrophobia, please consult our team – the treatment is generally possible but requires caution.
