Longevity is becoming increasingly important to our patients and, as a result, increasingly relevant in everyday medical practice. At the same time, many people still associate longevity primarily with vitamin D supplements and ice baths, which is very different from how we understand and practise longevity medicine.
Science-based, physician-led longevity medicine goes significantly further. We assess body composition using DEXA, epigenetic testing, blood biomarkers, exercise physiology, and nutritional analyses. We then bring these findings together into a comprehensive medical picture and use them to develop personalised recommendations.
In our daily work, we repeatedly see that seemingly complex complaints can sometimes have surprisingly simple, practical, and often cost-effective solutions.
We would therefore like to warmly invite you to a medical information evening at AYUN, where we will use practical cases to demonstrate how we approach longevity medicine today. Among other topics, we will discuss:
One point is particularly important to us: longevity medicine is neither luxury medicine nor something reserved only for the wealthy. Many of the most effective interventions are surprisingly simple and can be integrated into everyday life.
During this evening, we will show you what modern longevity medicine can achieve today, where its limitations lie, and for which of your patients it may represent a valuable complement to their existing care.
I would be very pleased to welcome you personally at AYUN.
Warm collegial regards,
Dr. Dr. med. Oliver Boekels
