What is HBOT

Arrow icon

In hyperbaric oxygen therapy you breathe 100% pure oxygen in a special chamber under increased pressure (2 atmospheres). The pressure lets more oxygen dissolve in your blood and reach your tissues. The aim is to support your cells' energy, regeneration and mental clarity.

HBOT

What does a session feel like?

Arrow icon

You sit comfortably and wear an oxygen mask. The pressure rises slowly, a bit like an aircraft taking off. During the session you can read, listen to music or just relax. At the end the pressure is lowered slowly again.

HBOT

Do I need to see a doctor first?

Arrow icon

Yes. A free medical consultation is mandatory before your first session. On request it can also take place online.

HBOT

Can I do HBOT without a check-up?

Arrow icon

Yes, you can book our treatments without having done a Longevity Check-up with us before.

HBOT

What can HBOT do for me?

Arrow icon

HBOT is meant to support your cellular energy, regeneration and mental clarity and to help you stay resilient as you age. Results depend on your goals and on how many sessions you do.

What makes AYUN different from other check-ups?

Arrow icon

We want to understand your individual predispositions and what you need to stay healthy in the long term. Your results are not looked at in isolation but analysed as a whole. Scientifically validated longevity parameters come together in your personal, preventive Longevity Report.

About AYUN

What is AYUN

Arrow icon

AYUN is a longevity clinic in Zurich for personalised prevention. We offer Longevity Check-ups, Women's Health Check-ups and treatments like HBOT and IHHT. Our team of doctors, nutrition scientists and sports scientists looks at your results as a whole and gives you clear recommendations.

About AYUN

How long is the waiting time for AYUN 360?

Arrow icon

As AYUN 360 is a highly personalised programme with extensive physician involvement and concierge support, we accept only a limited number of clients each month.

The average waiting time can therefore be several months. Our team will inform you about the current availability after your initial consultation. We recommend completing the initial physician consultation as early as possible, even if you are planning your assessment later in the year. This allows our team to reserve the earliest suitable opportunity and begin coordinating your individual programme.

For international clients, we recommend contacting us as early as possible before planning your trip to Zurich, so that we can coordinate the medical programme, appointments and travel arrangements.

In cases involving serious medical concerns or specific personal circumstances, we do our best to prioritise clients where possible.

Occasionally, earlier appointments also become available due to cancellations. In these cases, it may be possible to begin the programme at shorter notice.

AYUN 360

What happens during the twelve months after the assessment?

Arrow icon

The initial assessment is only the beginning of AYUN 360.

Once all findings have been reviewed, you receive a private two-hour consultation with your dedicated physician. During this consultation, your results are brought together into one integrated health strategy, with clear priorities and personalised recommendations for prevention, nutrition, exercise, recovery and any further medical care.

You also receive dedicated consultations with our nutritionist and sports scientist, who translate the medical findings into practical and personalised recommendations.

Throughout the following twelve months, the programme includes several additional consultations with your physician and relevant AYUN experts. Your progress is reviewed, new findings are discussed and your health strategy is adjusted where needed.

Your AYUN Health Guide and medical concierge coordinate follow-up appointments, referrals, specialist consultations and the practical implementation of your programme.

For international clients, follow-up consultations can also take place online, allowing the programme to continue seamlessly after you return home.

This ensures that your results do not remain a static report. They become the foundation of an actively managed and continuously refined health strategy.

AYUN 360

Can international clients participate in AYUN 360?

Arrow icon

Yes. AYUN 360 is available to international clients, and we regularly welcome clients travelling to Zurich specifically for their assessments.

Your AYUN Health Guide and medical concierge can support the organisation of your entire stay, including the medical schedule, hotel arrangements and other practical requirements.

We coordinate the appointments in advance to make your time in Zurich as efficient and seamless as possible. Where medically appropriate, follow-up consultations during the twelve-month programme can take place remotely.

AYUN 360

How long does the AYUN 360 assessment take?

Arrow icon

The comprehensive base assessment takes at least six hours.

The total time required depends on your individual programme and any additional diagnostics or specialist consultations recommended by your physician. Clients completing a broader AYUN 360 programme typically spend between one and three days in Zurich.

Your AYUN Health Guide coordinates the complete schedule and combines appointments as efficiently as possible, while ensuring that sufficient time is reserved for each assessment and consultation.

AYUN 360

Do I need to complete every assessment in the base programme?

Arrow icon

No. AYUN 360 is individually composed, and not every client needs to complete exactly the same assessments.

If you have already undergone certain diagnostics and the existing results are sufficiently recent and medically usable, they may not need to be repeated. For example, if you have already completed full genome sequencing, this assessment may be removed and the corresponding cost deducted.

Your physician will review your existing results and recommend only the assessments that are relevant for your personal programme.

AYUN 360

What are the payment terms?

Arrow icon

At least 30% of the agreed programme price must be paid no later than the day of your check-up. The remaining amount will be invoiced.

Individual instalment plans may be arranged by agreement before the check-up.

AYUN 360

Are additional diagnostics included in the price?

Arrow icon

The CHF 25’000 base price includes all assessments and services listed in the comprehensive base programme, including your dedicated AYUN Health Guide, medical concierge and regular medical consultations throughout the year.

Further examinations or specialist consultations may be added if they are medically relevant or requested by you. Any additional diagnostics and their costs will always be discussed and approved with you in advance.

AYUN 360

How much does AYUN 360 cost?

Arrow icon

AYUN 360 is a highly personalised programme, so the final price depends on your individual health profile, medical history and the assessments recommended by your physician.

The comprehensive base programme costs CHF 25’000 and includes:

  • all services included in our Extended Check-up
  • full-body MRI
  • Omniscope immune profiling
  • full genome sequencing
  • comprehensive dermatological examination
  • advanced eye assessment
  • a dedicated AYUN Health Guide and medical concierge
  • regular medical consultations and physician-led health management throughout the year

Most clients choose this comprehensive assessment as their starting point and add further diagnostics based on their individual needs. However, completing every assessment is not mandatory. For example, if you have already completed full genome sequencing or another comparable examination, it may not need to be repeated and the corresponding cost can be deducted.

You will receive a transparent, personalised proposal before confirming your programme.

AYUN 360

How is AYUN 360 different from a conventional check-up?

Arrow icon

A conventional check-up gives you a structured assessment of your current health, identifies relevant risks and provides clear medical recommendations.

AYUN 360 begins differently. The first step is always a personal consultation with one of our physicians. During this consultation, we review your medical history, family risks, current concerns, health goals and any previous diagnostic results.

Based on this complete picture, your physician develops your individual AYUN 360 programme and determines which assessments, specialist consultations and additional diagnostics are relevant for you. You then receive a transparent personal offer before deciding whether to proceed.

The programme includes a comprehensive diagnostic foundation, but its real difference is not simply the number of tests. One dedicated physician brings all findings together, coordinates additional specialists where needed and develops one integrated health strategy.

Your health is then actively managed throughout the year through regular medical consultations, progress reviews and continuous adjustments. Your AYUN Health Guide and medical concierge coordinate appointments, referrals and the practical steps across your entire journey.

AYUN 360

Who is AYUN 360 designed for?

Arrow icon

AYUN 360 is designed for people who want a health programme built entirely around their individual needs, rather than choosing from a predefined package. AYUN’s check-ups provide a comprehensive evaluation of your current health, identify relevant risks and opportunities, and translate the results into clear medical recommendations.

AYUN 360 adds a higher level of personalisation, medical coordination and concierge support.

The programme is composed individually based on your medical history, family risks, priorities, existing results and personal health goals.

It is particularly suited to clients who want:

  • a programme individually designed around their specific health profile
  • one dedicated physician who connects all findings and remains responsible for the overall strategy
  • access to additional diagnostics and leading specialists where needed
  • complete coordination of appointments, referrals, records and external medical providers
  • regular medical consultations and continuous adjustments throughout the year
  • a dedicated AYUN Health Guide and medical concierge who manages the entire journey and ensures that every next step is organised

AYUN 360 is not simply a more extensive check-up. It is a fully personalised, physician-led health programme in which the medical strategy, specialist network and practical coordination are brought together for you.

When does the Cashback Guarantee not apply?

Arrow icon

The Cashback Guarantee does not apply if:

  • the annual benefit limit of the supplementary insurance for preventive check-ups has already been reached
  • no valid supplementary insurance was in place at the time of the check-up
  • the reimbursement claim was not submitted correctly or within the required time frame
  • false or misleading information was provided to AYUN or the insurance provider
Insurance

How do I claim the cashback guarantee?

Arrow icon

If your supplementary insurance rejects your claim or only reimburses it partially, simply send us the official rejection or reimbursement notice from your insurance company at hello@ayun.ch. Our team will review the documents and credit you the eligible amount in accordance with the terms of the cashback guarantee.

Insurance

Am I eligible for reimbursement through my insurance?

Arrow icon

Supplementary health insurance plans reimburse certain preventive services in whole or in part. Coverage depends on your individual policy. You can find an indicative overview of what different supplementary insurances may cover at https://www.ayun.ch/insurance. We always recommend checking directly with your insurance provider for exact coverage details.

If you have a valid supplementary insurance in place at the time of your check-up, you are generally eligible for reimbursement. With AYUN’s Cashback Guarantee, you can book with confidence: if your valid supplementary insurance does not reimburse as expected, AYUN covers the difference according to the guarantee conditions.

Which retest package is right for me?

Arrow icon

The choice of package depends on individual goals and health priorities—blood values are essential for metabolic health, the scan for body composition, the VO₂max test for cardiovascular fitness, and the Pace-of-Aging test for tracking biological aging.

Retest

Which blood markers are tested in the retest packages?

Arrow icon

Our retest packages focus on the most relevant biomarkers for monitoring your longevity progress. Typically, these include key metabolic markers like glucose, insulin and HbA1c; lipid profile (cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides). The specific markers are customized based on your initial check-up findings and health priorities identified in your Longevity Report.

When is the refund paid out?

Arrow icon

You will receive the reimbursement after submitting your reimbursement form to your supplementary insurance. You will receive the form after completing your Longevity Check-up and consultation at AYUN.

Insurance

What makes you different from other check-ups?

Arrow icon

Our focus is not just on identifying diseases at an early stage, but rather on understanding individual predispositions and determining what each individual needs to stay healthy in the long term. We don't look at individual values, but combine all the results into a holistic picture. We collect scientifically validated parameters for Longevity and combine them into a personalized, preventative Longevity Report.

Longevity Check-ups

What is the difference between the Essential Longevity Check-up and the Complete Longevity Check-up?

Arrow icon

Both check-ups are designed to support long-term health and prevention, but they differ in depth and detail. The Essential Longevity Check-up provides the fundamental diagnostics needed to understand your current health status and genetic risks. It is well-suited as an entry point or for regular follow-ups.

The Complete Longevity Check-up goes significantly further. It includes a comprehensive blood analysis covering 63 lab parameters, advanced genetic mapping through SNP analysis, and a physical assessment of flexibility, balance, and reaction times. You’ll also wear a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) for 10 days, with personalised nutritional counselling based on your data. The check-up also includes in-depth nutrition and sports counselling to help translate your results into actionable lifestyle strategies. In essence, the Complete Check-up places a stronger focus on personalised coaching—especially around nutrition and physical performance.

Longevity Check-ups

What is the difference between the Complete and Extended Longevity Check-up?

Arrow icon

The Extended Longevity Check-up includes everything in the Complete package and adds a deeper focus on biological aging, stress resilience, and gut health.

In addition to a broader blood analysis, it features a Mitochondrial function test, HRV monitoring over one week, and a comprehensive gut microbiome analysis. These additional diagnostics are paired with targeted counselling for both your microbiome and aging profile, as well as a detailed stress analysis guided by medical expertise.

Longevity Check-ups

What is the difference between a full check-up and a retest?

Arrow icon

A retest focuses on the most important biomarkers and measurements that are most relevant for evaluating your progress. It's a more cost-effective and time-saving approach to tracking your health development.

What is IHHT Therapy?

By wearing an oxygen mask that alternates between low and high oxygen levels, IHHT optimizes your cellular energy production, helping you feel fitter, enhancing endurance, and accelerating recovery.

How long does a Women's Health Check-up take?

Arrow icon

The Check-up clinic visit lasts about 2 hours. It begins with a 30–45 minute anamnesis interview with one of our doctors, followed by a blood draw. If your cycle is aligned with the check-up date, the blood sample will be taken during your visit; otherwise, you will need to come in between the 3rd and 5th day of your cycle. The check-up also includes a DNA test and a body composition analysis. Afterwards, we set up the wearables such as the HRV monitor and the CGM. At the end of your visit, you will receive a kit to take the vaginal microbiome test at home.

How is this different from traditional care?

Arrow icon

Traditional care often waits until symptoms appear. At AYUN, we take a proactive and data-driven approach — identifying patterns even when your labs are “normal.” We connect the dots between hormones, stress, metabolism, and lifestyle to personalize your care.

Female Health

How are the findings evaluated?

Arrow icon

Our team of doctors, nutritionists and sports scientists analyze the findings holistically, prioritize and make appropriate recommendations.

We compare the results with comparative values from your age and gender group. Our goal is for our customers to perform significantly better than the average, because the average person develops chronic diseases over the course of their life that significantly affect their quality of life.

Everyone knows what is healthy: exercise, nutrition and sleep. What else do you offer?

Arrow icon

That's right, healthy eating, regular exercise and enough sleep are the cornerstones of longevity. General recommendations are certainly suitable for the masses, but when it comes to looking at the individual, many individualized recommendations can be made depending on the individual disposition constellation. Our goal is to achieve the greatest possible health effect for the individual with the least possible effort. To do that, much more precise recommendations are useful and possible.

Do you also offer payment by installments?

Arrow icon

Yes. For Check-ups, you can choose between paying directly at the clinic on the day of your appointment, receiving an invoice to pay later, or splitting the total into convenient monthly installments. Installment plans can be arranged in advance to give you more flexibility.

For other services at AYUN, installment payments are also possible. Just give us a call, and we’ll find a suitable solution together.
