A conventional check-up gives you a structured assessment of your current health, identifies relevant risks and provides clear medical recommendations.

AYUN 360 begins differently. The first step is always a personal consultation with one of our physicians. During this consultation, we review your medical history, family risks, current concerns, health goals and any previous diagnostic results.

Based on this complete picture, your physician develops your individual AYUN 360 programme and determines which assessments, specialist consultations and additional diagnostics are relevant for you. You then receive a transparent personal offer before deciding whether to proceed.

The programme includes a comprehensive diagnostic foundation, but its real difference is not simply the number of tests. One dedicated physician brings all findings together, coordinates additional specialists where needed and develops one integrated health strategy.

Your health is then actively managed throughout the year through regular medical consultations, progress reviews and continuous adjustments. Your AYUN Health Guide and medical concierge coordinate appointments, referrals and the practical steps across your entire journey.

AYUN 360 is a highly personalised programme, so the final price depends on your individual health profile, medical history and the assessments recommended by your physician.

The comprehensive base programme costs CHF 25’000 and includes:

• all services included in our Extended Check-up
• full-body MRI
• Omniscope immune profiling
• full genome sequencing
• comprehensive dermatological examination
• advanced eye assessment
• a dedicated AYUN Health Guide and medical concierge
• regular medical consultations and physician-led health management throughout the year

Most clients choose this comprehensive assessment as their starting point and add further diagnostics based on their individual needs. However, completing every assessment is not mandatory. For example, if you have already completed full genome sequencing or another comparable examination, it may not need to be repeated and the corresponding cost can be deducted.

You will receive a transparent, personalised proposal before confirming your programme.

The CHF 25’000 base price includes all assessments and services listed in the comprehensive base programme, including your dedicated AYUN Health Guide, medical concierge and regular medical consultations throughout the year.

Further examinations or specialist consultations may be added if they are medically relevant or requested by you. Any additional diagnostics and their costs will always be discussed and approved with you in advance.

At least 30% of the agreed programme price must be paid no later than the day of your check-up. The remaining amount will be invoiced.

Individual instalment plans may be arranged by agreement before the check-up.

No. AYUN 360 is individually composed, and not every client needs to complete exactly the same assessments.

If you have already undergone certain diagnostics and the existing results are sufficiently recent and medically usable, they may not need to be repeated. For example, if you have already completed full genome sequencing, this assessment may be removed and the corresponding cost deducted.

Your physician will review your existing results and recommend only the assessments that are relevant for your personal programme.

The comprehensive base assessment takes at least six hours.

The total time required depends on your individual programme and any additional diagnostics or specialist consultations recommended by your physician. Clients completing a broader AYUN 360 programme typically spend between one and three days in Zurich.

Your AYUN Health Guide coordinates the complete schedule and combines appointments as efficiently as possible, while ensuring that sufficient time is reserved for each assessment and consultation.

Yes. AYUN 360 is available to international clients, and we regularly welcome clients travelling to Zurich specifically for their assessments.

Your AYUN Health Guide and medical concierge can support the organisation of your entire stay, including the medical schedule, hotel arrangements and other practical requirements.

We coordinate the appointments in advance to make your time in Zurich as efficient and seamless as possible. Where medically appropriate, follow-up consultations during the twelve-month programme can take place remotely.

The initial assessment is only the beginning of AYUN 360.

Once all findings have been reviewed, you receive a private two-hour consultation with your dedicated physician. During this consultation, your results are brought together into one integrated health strategy, with clear priorities and personalised recommendations for prevention, nutrition, exercise, recovery and any further medical care.

You also receive dedicated consultations with our nutritionist and sports scientist, who translate the medical findings into practical and personalised recommendations.

Throughout the following twelve months, the programme includes several additional consultations with your physician and relevant AYUN experts. Your progress is reviewed, new findings are discussed and your health strategy is adjusted where needed.

Your AYUN Health Guide and medical concierge coordinate follow-up appointments, referrals, specialist consultations and the practical implementation of your programme.

For international clients, follow-up consultations can also take place online, allowing the programme to continue seamlessly after you return home.

This ensures that your results do not remain a static report. They become the foundation of an actively managed and continuously refined health strategy.

As AYUN 360 is a highly personalised programme with extensive physician involvement and concierge support, we accept only a limited number of clients each month.

The average waiting time can therefore be several months. Our team will inform you about the current availability after your initial consultation. We recommend completing the initial physician consultation as early as possible, even if you are planning your assessment later in the year. This allows our team to reserve the earliest suitable opportunity and begin coordinating your individual programme.

For international clients, we recommend contacting us as early as possible before planning your trip to Zurich, so that we can coordinate the medical programme, appointments and travel arrangements.

In cases involving serious medical concerns or specific personal circumstances, we do our best to prioritise clients where possible.

Occasionally, earlier appointments also become available due to cancellations. In these cases, it may be possible to begin the programme at shorter notice.
