Running is a big part of who I am. I want to be able to run for as long as I can, and this means that I need to be healthy for long as I can be. That’s why I believe it’s important that people can get easy access to the latest diagnostics and a more holistic, sustainable approach to their health. People should be able to do what they love for as long as they can. As a Chief of Staff, I closely work with our founders to support our vision and ensure that everything is running smoothly behind the scenes, so that we are able to provide the best experience possible for our members.

As a Longevity doctor at AYUN, I combine my extensive experience in surgery with my passion for preventative healthcare. With over 30 years of medical practice experience, most recently as the director of the Vein and Lipedema Center, I bring deep expertise to the world-class care I provide to our members. My work aims to establish AYUN as a leader in longevity medicine, integrating innovative and preventative methods and ultimately revolutionising our current healthcare system.

As lead doctor at AYUN, I use my extensive experience in internal medicine, emergency and intensive medicine and combine it with my passion for sport and longevity to ensure first-class care for our members. My expertise, acquired at REGA and leading French hospitals, among others, helps to establish AYUN as a top provider in the field of longevity and health. My goal is to promote the health and well-being of our members through excellent medical practices and innovative treatment approaches.

As a sport scientist at AYUN, I lead the sports physiology diagnostics and bring my expertise in sports and health science with a deep curiosity for the human body. With a master's degree in sports science and practical experience as a performance diagnostician in preventive cardiology and sports medicine at the Insel in Bern, combined with my research background at Swiss Paraplegic Research, I bring science-based techniques to the care of our members.

As Co-Founder and Medical Director of AYUN, I have made it my mission to prevent diseases through the most advanced, customised preventive approaches. My goal is to make this revolutionary concept accessible to a wide population worldwide. Extensive medical training, coupled with my passion for innovative solutions, enables me to design the best longevity analyses and interventions specifically for our members at AYUN.

The media world is my home, where I create both digital and analog assets. My generation's strong affinity for social media drives me to produce a diverse range of content with my best friend—the Sony camera. However, to tap into my creativity, I need to be centered. My creativity peaks when my body and mind are in balance. AYUN reminds me of this every day, ensuring I never run out of creative energy

Leveraging extensive experience as a Growth Strategist at Google, Venture Builder and COO at family run businesses, I currently lead operations and marketing at AYUN. My role involves integrating innovative market strategies with robust operational practices to enhance our premium health services. Committed to providing an unparalleled, personalised longevity experience, I utilise my expertise to maintain AYUN's leadership in holistic health solutions for our members.

I love good food and am dedicated to combining taste with nutritional science to enhance your health on metabolic and mental levels. My passion lies in exploring the world of the gut microbiome, constantly seeking ways to nourish your microbes for optimal flourishing. For long-lasting changes in dietary habits, I believe in the approach of intuitive eating with no prohibited foods.
