In today’s fast-paced world, living a long and healthy life is a top priority for many. However, achieving this goal requires more than just a one-size-fits-all approach. At AYUN, we specialize in optimizing your health and lifespan through a unique, science-driven approach. Our mission is to help you improve your quality of life as you age by identifying key health factors that may be holding you back and providing you with personalized, actionable recommendations to enhance your longevity.

The AYUN Longevity Report: a comprehensive health roadmap

The cornerstone of our approach is the Longevity Report—a detailed, data-driven guide designed to give you a complete understanding of your current health and actionable steps to optimize it for the future. Every individual is different, and so are their health needs. That’s why we begin with a thorough assessment, using advanced diagnostic tools to get a clear picture of your health status from multiple perspectives.

A multidimensional health evaluation

After going through our comprehensive Longevity Health Check, including blood tests, DNA risk testing, biological age test, physiological assessment (VO2 max, strength, flexibility), body composition (including bone density), nutritional and stress tracking (including continuous blood glucose monitoring and HRV measurement), it takes around 5 weeks, until your results are ready and you will receive an invitation to book your Longevity Report discussion with one of our doctors. At this point, our multidisciplinary team of doctors, nutritionists, sports scientists and personal trainers come together to review all results and identify your health priorities—the areas where improvements will have the greatest impact on your longevity.

Personalized, actionable recommendations

As we know, very common chronic diseases are cardiovascular disease (like a heart attack or stroke), metabolic disease (like diabetes), musculoskeletal disease (osteoporosis, sarcopenia), cancer, and neurodegenerative disease (like Alzheimer's). These diseases have several, sometimes overlapping symptoms that increase the risk of developing them. With our collaborative approach, we identify the weakest links in your health profile and guide you with very personalized and targeted interventions to mitigate the current risks. You can expect recommendations to target, for example, low-level inflammation or to support detoxification and DNA repair mechanisms.

One of our doctors will walk you through your Longevity Report, explaining your results in detail and how we put them together. He will also explain to you what we see as your highest health priority at that time and how to address it. Of course, you can ask all the questions you have during this consultation. Don't worry if you forgot the day after what some of these single values meant. You will find all detailed explanations in your online Longevity Report, which you can access at any time. You will also find your high-level results and recommendations in a summarized way and a prioritized order.

Based on the findings from your Longevity Check-up, our doctor will also explain our recommendations to you to most effectively address your health priorities. These recommendations include:

Nutritional advice

Tailored to your metabolic needs, focusing on glucose control, optimal nutrient intake, e.g. anti-inflammatory foods, and sustainable eating habits.

Exercise plan

Depending on your needs, detailed recommendations on how to improve your cardiovascular health/muscular strength and/or balance - the key components of healthy aging. You can also expect some sample exercises to do at home or at your gym.

Supplementation

A carefully curated list of vitamins, minerals, and other supplements to support your unique health profile.

Innovative treatments

You will learn which treatment and protocol would best support your health goals to experience fast yet sustainable results. We offer cutting-edge therapies such as Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), IHHT,  cryotherapy, infrared sauna, red light therapy, IV drips, and cold plunges—all of which can support recovery, reduce inflammation, and promote cellular health.

Stress/Sleep recommendations

If needed, you will receive some advice on how to reduce stress or improve your sleep.

Ongoing guidance and follow-up

One of the most valuable aspects of AYUN’s approach is that it doesn’t end with the initial consultation. We believe that optimizing your health is a continuous journey, and we are here to support you every step of the way. After a specified period, we will retest key biomarkers or perform another DEXA scan and reassess your health to measure progress. Based on these results, we’ll adjust your protocols to ensure that your plan evolves as your body does.

Our goal is to provide you with clear, data-driven milestones so you can track your health improvements over time. This iterative process ensures that you’re always working toward your long-term goals and making measurable strides in enhancing your health and longevity.

Why AYUN? Your personalized path to a longer, healthier life

They are biological signals, each one pointing to a specific process that is shifting in your body. Understanding what is behind each symptom changes everything about what you can do about it.
