How an ExerCube session works

We suggest 1–2 sessions per week, depending on your goals and starting point.

The process, step by step

Training takes place inside a 3D game environment – the ExerCube. You move within an interactive space that guides you through a holistic interval workout.
Before your first session, we discuss your training level and goals. Then we personalise training parameters such as pace, complexity and movement demands.

Each session lasts around 30 minutes – intense enough for noticeable effects, yet short enough to integrate into daily life.
During the workout you receive audio and visual real-time feedback. At the end you can track your progress directly on the dashboard.

The system adjusts automatically and guides you physically and mentally into your ideal training zone. This makes ExerCube suitable even for people at an older age – a smart way to stay cognitively and physically fit long term.

Throughout the session, we continuously monitor your blood oxygen levels using a pulse oximeter, carefully recording your values to ensure optimal support during and after your therapy.

Afterward, we assist you in removing the mask. Since this new experience can be demanding for your body, we recommend drinking plenty of water and allowing your body time to rest and adapt.
