ExerCube: The Immersive Training of the Future
Combine full-body functional training with neurocognitive feedback — for a workout that challenges both body and brain.
Developed by Sphery and scientifically researched in Switzerland (ETH Zurich, University of Basel & Bern, ZHAW).
Why the ExerCube Makes Sense
Body and brain always work together — yet traditional fitness often neglects the mental side. This is where the ExerCube steps in: in a dynamic and interactive training environment, it activates both body and mind. While you're in motion, the ExerCube analyzes your performance, adapting task complexity, tempo, and challenge to your individual level — while activating brain regions responsible for focus, coordination, and reaction. All of this, on top of the physiological benefits of high-intensity interval training. The unique combination of interactive training, science-backed adaptivity, and playful mechanics makes ExerCube ideal for anyone who wants to train smarter — not just harder.

How the ExerCube works
The ExerCube session takes place inside a custom-designed 3D training environment. You’ll enter a fully immersive space that guides you through a holistic, high-intensity workout. Before your first session, we’ll discuss your goals and assess your baseline. Then we personalize your training experience — adjusting pace, cognitive load, and task complexity. Each session lasts 30 minutes — long enough to feel the results, short enough to fit into your schedule. You’ll receive real-time feedback throughout (visually and audibly) and can view your progress on a performance dashboard after each session. The system automatically adapts to your level and helps you reach your personal training zone — making it suitable and even recommended for older adults who want to stay mentally and physically fit.
